Well another new H!P group has released their first PV. Frankly, it's weirdest song I've heard since Shiawase Kyouryuu Ondo, and I actually liked that one. Hana wo Puun by Kusumi Koharu and Hagiwara Mai in the new group Kira☆Pika really let me down. I was really looking forward to hearing Mai sing for more then 5 words but the more-than-5-words she did sing were creepily cute.
I really think Koharu should have had more sense then to do such an odd song.
...
But then again.
Ah well, I'll just hope this was a freak lapse of judgment and Hello! Project will go back to doing no wrong. (We'll just forget this disaster.)
So I was searching the web and I found some information I found slightly ironic and funny.
You know how I said the band name Gyaruru was the inspiration for my blog name? Well, I just found out that their first single will be used for the ending song of a Hello Kitty show.
OK, come on.
It's a cute song, sure, but it's parapara, and we all know that parapara is a strictly ganguro dance. Really people, ganguro are like the underdogs of Japan. They're vulgar, unhygienic and kinda creepy in their own, strangely endearing way. Why would you put a ganguro style song as the ending song for one of the most innocent television shows in the history of man kind?
It confuses me to no end. I hope the show comes out in English though, even though they'd probably change the songs to English, like they did with Card captor Sakura (It broke my heart when i found out).
Oh another note THE possible's photo-books came out today. They are called “Doki☆Doki☆Possible” and “Kyapi♡Kyapi♡Possible”.
